Data flows in both directions. Orders and customer data are sent from the shop to Subiekt GT. Products, prices and stock levels are sent from Subiekt GT to the shop. We’ll work with you to determine exactly what data needs to be synchronised and in which direction, based on your shop’s specific requirements.
We support PrestaShop 1.6, 1.7 and the latest versions 8.x and 9.x—in other words, practically every current online shop. Your hosting must have the free IonCube extension enabled and support PHP version 7.4 or higher. This is standard for most online shops, so it’s not usually a problem. You’ll also need the latest version of Subiekt GT with Sfera enabled, and a stable internet connection on the computer running the integrator. Before we begin, we’ll check your PrestaShop version, hosting and Subiekt GT licences. This ensures we know exactly where we stand before we start the integration — so there are no surprises along the way.

How long does it take to implement the integration?
It usually takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks — it depends on how much customisation is needed for your shop. First, we check and configure everything, then we test it in a staging environment, and we only go live with the integration once we’re sure it’s working.
Do we need to suspend sales in the shop whilst the system is being implemented?

What happens to existing orders and customer records?
