Key features of the system

Features designed for modern e-commerce B2B

Import of products Add to basket using a CSV file

Users can download a sample CSV file and import products into their basket in accordance with the specified data format.

When importing, you can select the data separator and the field used to identify products, e.g. SKU or product ID.

The system allows you to choose whether the import should overwrite the current basket or add products to the existing items.

Before an import is approved, the user is shown a preview of the list of products for verification.

Organisation system i staff for business customers

The administrator can create organisations and assign new or existing users to them.

User roles and monthly spending limits can be set for staff.

The system allows organisations and employees to be approved before they are granted access to the platform.

Users within the organisation have access to the history of all company orders.
The admin panel allows you to manage organisations, budgets and users.

Customised B2B discounts for customer groups

The administrator can assign fixed discounts to specific B2B customer groups.

Discounts may apply independently of the standard offers available in the shop.

The system also allows discounts to be applied to products that are already subject to other price reductions.

Product enquiries directly from the shop

A form is available next to each product, allowing you to send an enquiry directly to the sales department.

The administrator can specify the email addresses to which messages from customers will be sent.

The feature may be visible to all users or exclusively to B2B customers.

All enquiries are available in the shop’s admin panel.

Saving and reuse shopping baskets

Users can save their current shopping basket and return to it at any time.

The system allows you to quickly reload saved shopping baskets without having to select the products again.
Any saved basket can be shared via a personalised link.

The shop administrator can view saved shopping baskets in the PrestaShop control panel.

Features tailored to Yours business B2B

As standard, we integrate PrestaShop B2B with systems such as Subiekt GT/Nexo, Comarch Optima/XL, Enova365, Small Business, wfirma, ifirma, Fakturownia or BaseLinker. Orders, stock levels and customer details are synchronised automatically.

As well as the standard range of features, we also develop bespoke solutions. If a specific feature is not available amongst the existing modules, we can design and implement it on an individual basis, tailoring the system to your company’s processes.

Trade credit and settlements

The administrator may assign a trade credit limit to a customer, within which the customer may place orders with deferred payment terms.

The system blocks the ability to place new orders if payments are overdue or the limit has been exceeded. Customers can access their payment history and invoices via their dashboard.

In addition, the system can automatically verify the tax identification number (NIP) provided during registration, rather than requiring the administrator to manually verify each new account. This speeds up the onboarding of new B2B customers and reduces the risk of fake accounts being created.

Hiding prices and the catalogue from users who are not logged in

The administrator can hide prices, selected categories or the entire product catalogue from users who are not logged in.

There are intermediate options available – a catalogue showing prices, or prices shown without the option to place an order. Only verified B2B customers are granted full access to the product range.

Multi-stage approval orders

An order placed by an employee may require approval from a line manager before it can be processed.

The organisation’s administrator decides which users are authorised to place orders independently and which require approval. This adds an extra level of control to the system of roles and budget limits.
