Creation of shops Shopify
Shopify is a platform where you can set up an online shop without needing your own server, without manual updates and without having to worry about data security. Shopify takes care of all that. You can focus on selling.
This solution works well both for a first shop and when migrating an existing business from another platform. It is used by fashion and beauty brands, as well as industrial and B2B companies that need something simple yet flexible. It is also increasingly being chosen by companies looking to sell abroad. Multiple languages, currencies and markets can all be managed from a single dashboard. Below, we describe how we can help: from building a shop from scratch, through migration, to developing what’s already up and running. Let’s get started.

Pros
Minuses

The website works flawlessly.
What does setting up a Shopify shop involve?
UX design and shop structure: we start by organising the categories, the shopping journey and the layout of the homepage and product pages. A good structure makes navigation easier for the customer and the shop clearer for search engines.
Design and visual identity: this is where the visual design of the website is created. It is always tailored to the brand and easy to read on both mobile phones and computers. This may involve customising a ready-made template or building a design from scratch.
Implementation and configuration: we set up currencies, taxes and delivery zones; we fine-tune the template code (Liquid) where customisation is required; and we connect the domain.
Integrations: we connect the shop to payment gateways such as Przelewy24, Shopify Payments and BLIK, as well as courier services, ERP and warehouse management systems, CRM and marketing automation tools. Orders will be processed from the shopping basket through to dispatch without any manual intervention.
Features and automations: depending on your needs: loyalty schemes, subscriptions, upselling and cross-selling. In addition, there is a B2B dashboard with a customised price list, and automations via Shopify Flow.
Compliance with Polish law: a shop in Poland must fulfil specific information obligations towards customers and comply with the rules set out in the Omnibus Directive. This includes displaying the lowest price from the last 30 days for every promotion. We also ensure compliance with the GDPR (privacy policy, marketing consents).
What is the process for setting up a Shopify shop?
1. Consultation and needs analysis: we discuss your objectives, your current situation (a new shop or a migration) and your expectations. On this basis, we 4AD Studio We are drawing up a preliminary scope of work and a quotation.
2. Workshop and project plan: together, we refine the structure of the shop, analyse the competition and identify your customers’ needs. This results in a detailed functional plan for each key subpage.
3. Implementation: this is where the elements described earlier come into play — UX, design, configuration and integrations. The order and pace depend on the scale of the project, but we always stick to the agreed plan.
4. Testing and launch: before going live, we check the entire purchasing process: payments, dispatch and how the site displays on different devices. The shop only goes live once everything is working as it should.
5. Training and support: once you’re up and running, we’ll show you how to use the dashboard, and we’ll stay in touch — to provide further assistance, optimisation or development

Shopify and sales — how do we prepare shops for growth?
SEO from scratch: we fine-tune the technical foundations, such as URLs, headers and page speed. We write unique category and product descriptions that attract organic traffic. Google Merchant Centre: we connect the shop’s catalogue to Merchant Centre. This ensures products appear on Google and allows you to run Google Shopping campaigns. Analytics and conversions: we implement Google Analytics 4 and advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest). These are configured to accurately measure conversions and customer journeys, ensuring that marketing decisions are data-driven. Post-launch optimisation: once the shop is live, we analyse how people use it (session recordings, analytics data). Based on this, we implement changes that genuinely boost conversion rates, including improved product presentation.
How much does it cost to set up a Shopify shop, and how long does it take?
What does it depend on?
The number of products and categories, the number of integrations, whether you choose a template or a bespoke design, and the scope of custom features – all these factors affect the price and timeline. We always provide a specific quote and schedule after discussing your requirements.
A small shop
A simple online shop built using a ready-made template, with basic payment and delivery integrations, is a good solution if you’re testing a new sales channel or setting up your first online shop.
An extensive shop
Custom design, ERP integrations, a B2B portal and advanced automation features mean this project will take longer, depending on the number and complexity of the components.
Migration
The time and cost depend mainly on the number of products, the order history to be transferred and the number of integrations to be set up again. A full migration with SEO redirect mapping usually takes longer than building a simple online shop from scratch.
Following implementation
Once you’ve got started, you’ll pay a monthly Shopify subscription fee (depending on your plan) and, if you wish, the cost of any paid apps. If you use our subscription support service, there’s an additional cost for technical support and the development of new features.
