Sweetness Confectionery
A website for pastry shops Sweetness we created in a different way than usual. The requirement to create a shop for food-related services with a short shelf life forced us to use new tools. Despite the difficulties, the website came out really well.
Our priority was aesthetics. We wanted to display each type of cake appropriately. The site is dominated by the colour pink along with black and white.
However, a shop is all about functionality and Sweetness has no problem with this and is able to deliver orders on time thanks to a well thought-out system. To this end, we have applied the requirement to place orders at least two days in advance. On the website you will find all the products that the patisserie has on offer, but customers may be surprised as not everything can be bought at every time of the year, it is a so-called seasonal menu that the customer has asked us for. Our system also takes into account the impossibility of ordering for days on which the establishment is closed, such as the second day of holidays. Shopping is very intuitive, as is browsing the products.
An interesting solution used on the website, is the display of product prices in the „For Cafes” tab only for customers logged in via their business accounts - allowing wholesale prices to be separated from retail prices for ordinary customers.
